Szekler town (in Hungarian Kézdivásárhely, in German Szekler Neumarkt) is a municipality in Covasna County, Transylvania, Romania, consisting of the component locality Târgu Secuiesc (residence) and the village Lunga. With a population of 18,082 inhabitants (2011), it is the second largest urban centre in the county, after the residence of Sfântu Gheorghe.
