Late Check-Out Fee: subject to availability only; each additional hour after 11:00 AM will be charged at 30 RON per hour.
💰 Deposit and Cancellation
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or through the Viva Wallet system using a payment link. Please note that the reservation becomes valid only after the deposit has been recorded. If the payment is not completed after initiating the reservation, the booking will be considered invalid, and the room may be allocated to another guest.
We recommend carefully checking the dates and room type before booking to avoid any misunderstandings. If you have any questions regarding payment, deposits, or your reservation, our team is at your disposal via email or telephone.
🤫 Conduct and Quiet Hours
The period between 22:00 and 08:00 is considered a period of rest and quiet. Please respect the rest hours.
Casa Pixel / Tiny Campus reserves the right not to accept guests who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, who disturb the peace of other guests, do not respect the rules and policies of the guesthouse, cause damage, try to bring into the guesthouse prohibited, flammable, toxic substances, etc.
Parties and events are not allowed!
Guests must keep quiet between 22:00 - 08:00
Pixel House and Tiny Campus cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items during your stay in the hostel. ❗ It is forbidden to enter rooms or spaces that have not been assigned to you.
❗ Do not park in the access driveway – it must be kept clear for general traffic.
👶 Children and Safety
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Companions are responsible for the safety, conduct, and any potential damages caused by children.
🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor spaces, the playground area, and on wooden terraces. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas (where available).
🅿️ Parking
Parking is free of charge, but spaces are limited: 8 spaces in the front – 6 spaces in the back
- 📌 Each room is entitled to one single parking space.
- All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Casa Pixel / Tiny Campus assumes no responsibility for any damage to vehicles or the loss of interior fittings and belongings while parked on the guesthouse property.
- Vehicle repairs are not permitted on the guesthouse property without the prior consent of the management.
- Each driver shall park his vehicle in such a way that he occupies only one parking space and does not obstruct the occupation of neighbouring parking spaces.
- Parking on the sidewalk is prohibited!
- Electric vehicles may only be charged in the courtyard with prior agreement.
- It is forbidden to block entrances or obstruct the access of other people.
- The number of parking spaces is limited: there are a maximum of 8 spaces in the front parking lot and 6 spaces in the back. Each room is entitled to one single parking space.
Using the radiator:
- Children should be supervised and not allowed to play with this device.
- Do not touch the machine while it is operating. Avoid contact with body or hair
- Do not insert foreign objects into the machine
- Do not allow children to be near the appliance during operation
🚪 Automatic Gate
- The automatic gates are equipped with two safety sensors that detect people or vehicles in the path of the gate's movement.
- The gates close automatically within 30–60 seconds after opening.
- ❌ It is forbidden to stand in the path of the gate's movement, or to stop or turn around while passing through!
- ✅ The gates should only be operated if the path of movement is completely clear.
- ⏳ Wait for the gate to open completely before passing through.
- 🚶♂️ For pedestrian crossing, please be careful – the gate is designed exclusively for vehicle traffic.
- 👶🐶 Do not leave children or pets near the gate, and do not allow them to play with the control unit or the remote control.
- ✋ Manual opening, leaning on, or blocking the gate is strictly prohibited.
- ⚠️ If you notice any abnormal operation, blockage, or unusual noises, stop using the gate immediately and notify the maintenance staff or the reception.
- 🛠️ Întreținerea și reglarea porții trebuie efectuate doar de personal calificat.
- ❗ The user is liable for any damages, injuries, or malfunctions caused by failure to comply with these rules.
🛝 Playground
The playground must be used in compliance with the playground regulations. Adults accompanying children must read and explain these rules to the children before they start playing and ensure that they are respected throughout their stay at the playground. Failure to comply with these regulations by children and/or their companion(s) exempts Pixel Guesthouse from any liability.
- Children may only be accompanied by an adult, maximum two.
- Persons showing symptoms of contagious diseases are not allowed.
- No alcoholic beverages or drugs are allowed.
- Adults who are drunk, under the influence of drugs, mentally ill or violent are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited, playgrounds and seating areas are made of wood!
- It is forbidden to bully other people, to argue, to behave violently, aggressively, obscenely and to throw stones, household and metal debris.
- The use of playground equipment by accompanying children is prohibited.
- Children's carers are liable for any damage caused by them or minors accompanied by them on the playground premises.
- Equipment will only be used within age and number limits.
- In order to benefit as many children as possible from the equipment, on busy days we recommend that participants spend a limited amount of time at each game.
- Stair climbing is not allowed for more than one child at a time.
- When using the swings, a seated position is mandatory. Please ensure the swing has come to a complete stop before dismounting.
- It is forbidden to use the equipment in bad weather conditions: rain, strong wind, fog.
- Overcrowding of playground equipment is prohibited and could cause accidents.
- It is forbidden to park in the playground equipment safety zone.
- Destruction of toys and play space (including spitting, smearing, scratching, tearing, pulling, hitting) is prohibited. If the child nevertheless destroys it, the parent is responsible for paying for the damage.
- Children in need of special supervision (physical disabilities, mental disorders, exuberant behaviour, ADHD) are allowed access only in the presence of their legal guardian, who is directly responsible for their actions.
- Children are prohibited from carrying sharp or blunt objects, such as knives, sticks, pencils, pens, keys, or any other potentially dangerous items, while using the playground.
- It is forbidden for children to enter the playground with mobile phones, mp3 players, audio devices with wires, long chains around the neck, pins and other objects that could pose a danger to the wearer or other children.
- We reserve the right to take photos/videos for promotional purposes.It is mandatory to keep cleanliness and respect hygiene and sanitary rules.
- Reading and complying with the rules mentioned above is mandatory. Pixel Guesthouse/Tiny Campus reserves the right to deny access.
- Any subsequent claim caused by violation of the above rules will have no legal or other effect.
🛋️ Furniture
It is strictly forbidden to take indoor furniture out into the courtyard or outside the accommodation. Please use the furniture according to its intended purpose. Any damage will be charged to the responsible guest.
🐾 Dog-friendly accommodation / Pet policy
🐶 General Rules
- We only accept sociable, clean, and well-behaved dogs. Staying with a dog is only permitted with the guesthouse's prior agreement.
- A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. An additional fee is charged for each dog (e.g., 50–100 RON/night – as applicable).
- In the courtyard, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times – they are not allowed to roam free without a leash.
🛏️ In the room and on the premises
- Dogs are not allowed on the bed, sofa, or any other pieces of furniture.
- Dogs may not be left alone in the room without supervision.
- Any damage caused by the dog will be borne by the owner.
- Dogs must always be kept on a leash in common areas. Owners are required to clean up after their pets.
- Dogs are prohibited from entering the children's playground area.
Lost property:
Casa Pixel / Tiny Campus does not assume responsibility for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. If you have forgotten something, please call us immediately at +40786100250 – we will do our best to recover the item and return it to you.
🚫 Access Prohibited & Safety
- Do not enter the rooms of other guests or administrative spaces. Do not access areas marked "Access Prohibited" (No Entry).
- Do not park on the access driveway or in front of the gate. Do not leave the gate open.
- Fire Safety: The use of candles, portable space heaters, or other sources of fire is prohibited. Do not cover the electrical outlets.
- Hygiene: Towels and linens are for indoor use only. Do not take them to the beach or out into nature.
💸 Damages
Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence will be billed to the guest. We reserve the right to withhold the amount necessary for repairs or for the replacement of damaged property.
