Seller: Pixel Guesthouse SRL , legal entity of Romanian nationality, having its registered office in Targu Secuiesc, with number in the Trade Register J14/192/2021, unique tax registration code 44236845.
Buyer: the natural person who makes an account on the Site and places an Order.
Client: the natural person who has or obtains access to the content, by any means of communication made available by Pixel Guesthouse SRL (electronic, telephone, etc.) or on the basis of a user agreement existing between Pixel Guesthouse SRL and the latter and requiring the creation and use of an account.
User: any natural person registered on the site, who, by completing the Account creation process, has agreed to the site-specific clauses in the General Terms and Conditions section.
Nickname: nickname by which a specific user-customer-buyer can add content to the site. The nickname is associated with the user-customer's site information under the name "User Name".

Inquiry - a form of address to other users-customers with the purpose of obtaining information about the products or services on that page.
Answer: written information that is transmitted to the user-Customer who has asked a Question on the Site, on the page of a specific product. The answer is an explanation given by a User/Customer/Customer to another customer in a discussion.

Pixel Guesthouse SRL manages and uses the personal data received in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force. Any financial data collected is used exclusively for the processing of authorized payments through the online booking service.
