A fesztivál ideje alatt a város egy hatalmas, lüktető interaktív térré alakul, amely 7 különálló, izgalmas tematikus zónát foglal magában. A Taste of Covasna fő helyszíne a Gábor Áron tér lesz, amely otthont ad a látványos főszínpadnak és a burgonya-mezőgazdasági zónának, ahol helyi gazdaságok, élelmiszer-feldolgozók és kutatóintézetek mutatkoznak be a nagyközönségnek.
