If the payment is not completed after initiating the reservation, the booking will be considered invalid, and the room may be allocated to another guest.<\/p>\n <div class=\"alert-zone\">\n The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the time of cancellation or in case of a no-show. This amount guarantees your booking and ensures that your chosen room will be available upon your arrival.\n <\/div>\n <p>We recommend carefully checking the dates and room type before booking to avoid any misunderstandings. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas (where available).<\/p>\n\n <h2>\ud83c\udd7f\ufe0f Parking<\/h2>\n <p class=\"translation-block\">Parking is free of charge, but spaces are limited: 8 spaces in the front \u2013 6 spaces in the back<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li>\ud83d\udccc Each room is entitled to one single parking space.<\/li>\n <li>All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Casa Pixel \/ Tiny Campus assumes no responsibility for any damage to vehicles or the loss of interior fittings and belongings while parked on the guesthouse property.<\/li>\n <li>Vehicle repairs are not permitted on the guesthouse property without the prior consent of the management.<\/li>\n <li>Each driver shall park his vehicle in such a way that he occupies only one parking space and does not obstruct the occupation of neighbouring parking spaces.<\/li>\n <li>Parking on the sidewalk is prohibited!<\/li>\n <li>Electric vehicles may only be charged in the courtyard with prior agreement.<\/li>\n <li>It is forbidden to block entrances or obstruct the access of other people.<\/li>\n <li>The number of parking spaces is limited: there are a maximum of 8 spaces in the front parking lot and 6 spaces in the back. Each room is entitled to one single parking space.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <h2>Using the radiator:<\/h2>\n <div class=\"alert-zone\">\n Do not touch the radiator. Keep your hands off the heating unit. Do not place laundry on the radiator or its mesh cover for drying. Do not store any clothing items on the radiator. Do not sit on the radiator.\n <\/div>\n <ul>\n <li>Children should be supervised and not allowed to play with this device.<\/li>\n <li>Do not touch the machine while it is operating. Failure to comply with these regulations by children and\/or their companion(s) exempts Pixel Guesthouse from any liability.<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li>Children may only be accompanied by an adult, maximum two.<\/li>\n <li>Persons showing symptoms of contagious diseases are not allowed.<\/li>\n <li>No alcoholic beverages or drugs are allowed.<\/li>\n <li>Adults who are drunk, under the influence of drugs, mentally ill or violent are not allowed.<\/li>\n <li><span class=\"bold\">Smoking is prohibited, playgrounds and seating areas are made of wood!<\/span><\/li>\n <li>It is forbidden to bully other people, to argue, to behave violently, aggressively, obscenely and to throw stones, household and metal debris.<\/li>\n <li>The use of playground equipment by accompanying children is prohibited.<\/li>\n <li>Children's carers are liable for any damage caused by them or minors accompanied by them on the playground premises.<\/li>\n <li>Equipment will only be used within age and number limits.<\/li>\n <li>In order to benefit as many children as possible from the equipment, on busy days we recommend that participants spend a limited amount of time at each game.<\/li>\n <li>Stair climbing is not allowed for more than one child at a time.<\/li>\n <li>When using the swings, a seated position is mandatory. Please ensure the swing has come to a complete stop before dismounting.<\/li>\n <li>It is forbidden to use the equipment in bad weather conditions: rain, strong wind, fog.<\/li>\n <li>Overcrowding of playground equipment is prohibited and could cause accidents.<\/li>\n <li>It is forbidden to park in the playground equipment safety zone.<\/li>\n <li>Destruction of toys and play space (including spitting, smearing, scratching, tearing, pulling, hitting) is prohibited. If the child nevertheless destroys it, the parent is responsible for paying for the damage.<\/li>\n <li>Children in need of special supervision (physical disabilities, mental disorders, exuberant behaviour, ADHD) are allowed access only in the presence of their legal guardian, who is directly responsible for their actions.<\/li>\n <li>Children are prohibited from carrying sharp or blunt objects, such as knives, sticks, pencils, pens, keys, or any other potentially dangerous items, while using the playground.<\/li>\n <li>It is forbidden for children to enter the playground with mobile phones, mp3 players, audio devices with wires, long chains around the neck, pins and other objects that could pose a danger to the wearer or other children.<\/li>\n <li>We reserve the right to take photos\/videos for promotional purposes.It is mandatory to keep cleanliness and respect hygiene and sanitary rules.<\/li>\n <li>Reading and complying with the rules mentioned above is mandatory. Pixel Guesthouse\/Tiny Campus reserves the right to deny access.<\/li>\n <li>Any subsequent claim caused by violation of the above rules will have no legal or other effect.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <h2>\ud83d\udecb\ufe0f Furniture<\/h2>\n <p>It is strictly forbidden to take indoor furniture out into the courtyard or outside the accommodation. Please use the furniture according to its intended purpose. Any damage will be charged to the responsible guest.<\/p>\n\n <h2>\ud83d\udc3e Dog-friendly accommodation \/ Pet policy<\/h2>\n <h3>\ud83d\udc36 General Rules<\/h3>\n <ul>\n <li>We only accept sociable, clean, and well-behaved dogs. Staying with a dog is only permitted with the guesthouse's prior agreement.<\/li>\n <li>A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. An additional fee is charged for each dog (e.g., 50\u2013100 RON\/night \u2013 as applicable).<\/li>\n <li>In the courtyard, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times \u2013 they are not allowed to roam free without a leash.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <h3>\ud83d\udecf\ufe0f In the room and on the premises<\/h3>\n <ul>\n <li>Dogs are not allowed on the bed, sofa, or any other pieces of furniture.<\/li>\n <li>Dogs may not be left alone in the room without supervision.<\/li>\n <li>Any damage caused by the dog will be borne by the owner.<\/li>\n <li>Dogs must always be kept on a leash in common areas. Owners are required to clean up after their pets.<\/li>\n <li>Dogs are prohibited from entering the children's playground area.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <h2>Lost property:<\/h2>\n <p class=\"translation-block\">Casa Pixel \/ Tiny Campus does not assume responsibility for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. Do not access areas marked \"Access Prohibited\" (No Entry).<\/li>\n <li>Do not park on the access driveway or in front of the gate. Do not leave the gate open.<\/li>\n <li class=\"translation-block\">Fire Safety: The use of candles, portable space heaters, or other sources of fire is prohibited. Do not cover the electrical outlets.<\/li>\n <li class=\"translation-block\">Hygiene: Towels and linens are for indoor use only. Do not take them to the beach or out into nature.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n <h2>\ud83d\udcb8 Damages<\/h2>\n <p>Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence will be billed to the guest. We reserve the right to withhold the amount necessary for repairs or for the replacement of damaged property.<\/p>\n\n <h2>Jacuzzi Rules and Instructions for Use<\/h2>\n\n<p>We welcome you as guests of the Ypsilon unit! The 5-person Wellis jacuzzi is provided for your comfort. For safe and hygienic use, please observe the following rules:\n\n<li>Exclusive Access: The jacuzzi may be used exclusively by guests staying at the Ypsilon unit. Guests from Pixel Guesthouse, Tiny Village, and Tiny Campus do not have access to this jacuzzi!<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Peace and Order: Loud music and noise are prohibited in the relaxation area. Please respect the peace of the neighbors and other guests.<\/li>\n\n<li>Supervision of children: Children may only use the jacuzzi under the constant supervision of an adult\/parent!<\/li>\n\n<li>Cover Protection: Please do not throw the jacuzzi cover in the mud or directly on the ground. When removing it, place it in a clean spot. Always replace the cover after use.<\/li>\n\n<li>Hygiene: Showering is mandatory before entering the jacuzzi! Access to the water is prohibited if you have applied body lotions or oils.<\/li>\n\n<li>Food and Drinks: Consuming food in the water is prohibited. Casa Pixel \/ Tiny Campus assumes no responsibility for any damage to vehicles or the loss of interior fittings and belongings while parked on the guesthouse property.<\/li>\n <li>Vehicle repairs are not permitted on the guesthouse property without the prior consent of the management.<\/li>\n <li>Each driver shall park his vehicle in such a way that he occupies only one parking space and does not obstruct the occupation of neighbouring parking spaces.<\/li>\n <li>Parking on the sidewalk is prohibited!<\/li>\n <li>Electric vehicles may only be charged in the courtyard with prior agreement.<\/li>\n <li>It is forbidden to block entrances or obstruct the access of other people.<\/li>\n <li>The number of parking spaces is limited: there are a maximum of 8 spaces in the front parking lot and 6 spaces in the back. Failure to comply with these regulations by children and\/or their companion(s) exempts Pixel Guesthouse from any liability.<\/p>\n <ul>\n <li>Children may only be accompanied by an adult, maximum two.<\/li>\n <li>Persons showing symptoms of contagious diseases are not allowed.<\/li>\n <li>No alcoholic beverages or drugs are allowed.<\/li>\n <li>Adults who are drunk, under the influence of drugs, mentally ill or violent are not allowed.<\/li>\n <li><span class=\"bold\">Smoking is prohibited, playgrounds and seating areas are made of wood!<\/span><\/li>\n <li>It is forbidden to bully other people, to argue, to behave violently, aggressively, obscenely and to throw stones, household and metal debris.<\/li>\n <li>The use of playground equipment by accompanying children is prohibited.<\/li>\n <li>Children's carers are liable for any damage caused by them or minors accompanied by them on the playground premises.<\/li>\n <li>Equipment will only be used within age and number limits.<\/li>\n <li>In order to benefit as many children as possible from the equipment, on busy days we recommend that participants spend a limited amount of time at each game.<\/li>\n <li>Stair climbing is not allowed for more than one child at a time.<\/li>\n <li>When using the swings, a seated position is mandatory. Please ensure the swing has come to a complete stop before dismounting.<\/li>\n <li>It is forbidden to use the equipment in bad weather conditions: rain, strong wind, fog.<\/li>\n <li>Overcrowding of playground equipment is prohibited and could cause accidents.<\/li>\n <li>It is forbidden to park in the playground equipment safety zone.<\/li>\n <li>Destruction of toys and play space (including spitting, smearing, scratching, tearing, pulling, hitting) is prohibited. If the child nevertheless destroys it, the parent is responsible for paying for the damage.<\/li>\n <li>Children in need of special supervision (physical disabilities, mental disorders, exuberant behaviour, ADHD) are allowed access only in the presence of their legal guardian, who is directly responsible for their actions.<\/li>\n <li>Children are prohibited from carrying sharp or blunt objects, such as knives, sticks, pencils, pens, keys, or any other potentially dangerous items, while using the playground.<\/li>\n <li>It is forbidden for children to enter the playground with mobile phones, mp3 players, audio devices with wires, long chains around the neck, pins and other objects that could pose a danger to the wearer or other children.<\/li>\n <li>We reserve the right to take photos\/videos for promotional purposes.It is mandatory to keep cleanliness and respect hygiene and sanitary rules.<\/li>\n <li>Reading and complying with the rules mentioned above is mandatory. Please use the furniture according to its intended purpose. Any damage will be charged to the responsible guest.<\/p>\n\n <h2>\ud83d\udc3e Dog-friendly accommodation \/ Pet policy<\/h2>\n <h3>\ud83d\udc36 General Rules<\/h3>\n <ul>\n <li>We only accept sociable, clean, and well-behaved dogs. Staying with a dog is only permitted with the guesthouse's prior agreement.<\/li>\n <li>A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. An additional fee is charged for each dog (e.g., 50\u2013100 RON\/night \u2013 as applicable).<\/li>\n <li>In the courtyard, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times \u2013 they are not allowed to roam free without a leash.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <h3>\ud83d\udecf\ufe0f In the room and on the premises<\/h3>\n <ul>\n <li>Dogs are not allowed on the bed, sofa, or any other pieces of furniture.<\/li>\n <li>Dogs may not be left alone in the room without supervision.<\/li>\n <li>Any damage caused by the dog will be borne by the owner.<\/li>\n <li>Dogs must always be kept on a leash in common areas. We reserve the right to withhold the amount necessary for repairs or for the replacement of damaged property.<\/p>\n\n <h2>Jacuzzi Rules and Instructions for Use<\/h2>\n\n<p>We welcome you as guests of the Ypsilon unit! The 5-person Wellis jacuzzi is provided for your comfort. For safe and hygienic use, please observe the following rules:\n\n<li>Exclusive Access: The jacuzzi may be used exclusively by guests staying at the Ypsilon unit. Guests from Pixel Guesthouse, Tiny Village, and Tiny Campus do not have access to this jacuzzi!<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Peace and Order: Loud music and noise are prohibited in the relaxation area. Please respect the peace of the neighbors and other guests.<\/li>\n\n<li>Supervision of children: Children may only use the jacuzzi under the constant supervision of an adult\/parent!<\/li>\n\n<li>Cover Protection: Please do not throw the jacuzzi cover in the mud or directly on the ground.
