  3. Night Silence:

    • Please keep quiet between 22:00 - 08:00 for the comfort of all guests.

  5. Pets:

    • Pets are allowed, but additional charges may apply.

  6. Lost property:

    • Casa Pixel and Tiny Campus cannot accept responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged during your stay. Please call us immediately at +40786100250 if you have forgotten something, and we will do our best to find and return the lost item as quickly as possible.

  7. Parking:

    • Car parking is free, but spaces are limited (8 parking spaces in the courtyard).
    • All cars are parked at the owner's risk. Casa Pixel / Tiny Campus accepts no responsibility for damage to vehicles or loss of interior fittings while parked on the guesthouse property. No repair operations are allowed on the guesthouse property without management's consent.

  8. Guest Acceptance Conditions:

    • Pixel House/Tiny Campus reserves the right to refuse to accept guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, who disturb the peace of other guests, who do not respect the rules and policies of the guesthouse, who cause damage, or who attempt to bring prohibited, flammable or toxic substances into the guesthouse.

Welcome to our guesthouse! To ensure a pleasant and safe atmosphere for all guests, please respect the following rules:

  1. Smoking and Vaping:

    • It is only allowed on the balconies, terrace and gazebo of the guesthouse, equipped with ashtrays.
    • Don't throw cigarette butts out of ashtrays.

  2. Damage to objects:

    • Any damage to the guesthouse items must be reported. Those responsible will be charged for the damaged items.

  3. Departure with objects:

    • It is forbidden to leave the guesthouse with any of its equipment.

  4. Noise and Sound:

    • Avoid noise at times that might disturb neighbours, both indoors and outdoors.
    • Respect the volume level in both common areas and rooms.

  5. Disturbing neighbours:

    • Avoid disturbing neighbours in any way possible.

  6. Restricted access:

    • Staff have exclusive access to certain areas. Please respect this.

  7. Unannounced guest access:

    • Guests who are not accommodated must be notified in advance to be allowed access to the guesthouse.

  8. Visiting hours:

    • Visiting guests must leave the guesthouse by 23:30 at the latest.

  9. Food preparation and consumption:

    • Food consumption is only allowed in specially designated areas, not in rooms.

  10. Use of electrical equipment:

    • Access with large electric consumers, stoves, heaters, and kettles is regulated.

  11. Special prohibitions:

    • It is forbidden to bring weapons, small arms or substances prohibited by law into the guesthouse.
    • Under Romanian law, the consumption or sale of hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited and punishable under the law in force.
